I have been living with anxiety and panic attacks for about ten years now. I did not truly understand how debilitating physically and mentally these disorders are until I had started experiencing them myself! When they first started I was having attacks almost daily which led to taking time off of work, losing my job in some cases, going to the emergency room on a regular basis and became isolated! It was when I opened myself up to friends, family, even co-workers that I had found I was not alone. Most women will experience some form of anxiety or panic attack symptons usually anytime from mid to late 20’s and beyond! As if it wasn’t hard enough for our bodies already with monthly hormone and mood shifts!
