Amber glanced outside the window as the fellow police marched in patrol. She shivered inside of her skin. The police looked like an army that had been made ready for battle. Amber felt weak at the knees at the sight of them, and it made her feel doubt that her city was safe.

Amber turned her head in order to glare at Sara who shrugged before she moved to smoke another cigarette. Amber blinked back her shivers, and then she turned back to the window. Amber glared at the throng of police, whose black uniforms made them stand out as more then just police officers, but militants ready to make war against those who they were led to fight!

“What war are we in?” asked Amber as she tossed her head back to Sara who shrugged.

“I don't know sis;” muttered Sara as she began to leer. “Maybe someone stole a vase;” she muttered as she began to glare.

“Doubt it;” muttered Amber as she turned back to the window in order to stare at the fellow police, who were interrupted from their march by the attack of a fellow bystander.

Amber glared at the fellow as he was thrown to the ground by a fit of seizures which came as a result of having been hit by a startle gun. Amber saw the sparks from the voltage crawl over his skin as he writhed. Amber shivered as her eyes began to glow under a film of water, and then she gasped out her alarm as the fellow stopped moving, and turned ice blue.
