Women's Exercise

Women have a higher fat ratio to men. This is because their bodies a generally made to store excess amounts of fat for childbearing. Women need to exercise in order to keep themselves fit. They can do this with ease in the privacy of their own homes. They just need a chair!

Backside Dips:

This exercise is great for toning up those backside muscles which have become fattened by hours of sitting. The person needs to stand three steps away from the chair. The person then puts their feet in parallel position, (which means that they should turn their feet forward, and not rotate the leg). The person then bends their knees and tries to hover their backside just a little above the edge of the chair. They then straighten themselves back up. The movement is repeated. A person should put their hands on their hips for this workout, or push them out at shoulder height on the bend, and back into the body at waist level on the rise. The exercise will get those backsides and thighs toned up in no time.

Arm Dips:

This exercise is great for toning up the arms. A person sits on the edge of the chair, and puts their feet in parallel. They then grab onto the sides of the chair, and push themselves up. It is important not to lock the arms on the rise, it is important to keep them a little bent. A person then bends and straightens their arms several times. It is a great workout that gets the fat of the edges of those arms!
