Introduction
I am not necessarily a religious person. I am very spiritual and I believe we all are of a universal energy. We all come from this energy and we all are a part of it. It is when we tap into this universal energy that we excel in our lives. The way we connect to this energy is love. Love for ourselves and all god’s creations; we and everything around us is a manifestation of this universal energy. When we are connected we are empowered and strong. It is disconnection from this source that leaves us weak, feeling drained and unmotivated. Look at the world with love and know you are one with all that exist. View everything lovingly with an open mind. Enjoy as you read on and Relax Mon!
Yes God does work in mysterious ways. Sometimes we don’t know the reasons behind our struggles but know this, “God will never give you more than you can handle.” Challenges are a necessary part of life. As I sit now in beautiful St Thomas writing the words on this page I know that God has blessed me and that all is well with the world. All is as God intends it to be, “perfect!”
As you read on, I hope that the mentors who led me to write this book inspire you as they have me. Please read on with an open mind and the ingenuity to think and apply it to your life as it fits. Take what works with you and leave the rest for those who can apply it to their lives. Never be gullible, just open minded. God bless you and all you do in your life. I hope that the universe has used me as an agent for inspiring positive change in your life. Just as my experience at Walden University inspired motivation and direction in my life. I’ve thought of writing a book for years and over time all the tools I needed were attracted to me through my continued belief and dedication. The same will be true for you. Be passionate and dedicated to your dreams and they will come true.
Success comes from within not without. Success is driven from an inner passion; A burning desire in your heart. The bigger the burn, the hotter the desire, the bigger the success will be. Outside influences are weak in comparison to your heart’s desire.
Success is something you attract not something you pursue!
Success comes from within not without. Success is nothing more thatn a few simple disciplines follwed daily while failure is simply a few errors in judgement repeated daily. It is the accumulative weight of our disciplines and our judgemnets that lead us to either fortune or failure.
Be the love you wish to receive.
The more love you release into the universe, the more love you will feel coming back to you.
Love mends all wounds.
Always give love unconditionally
Relax mon, when stress hits take a few deep breaths and just be.

Love is the greatest gift of all. When your lucky enough to find it, cherish it every at every moment from deep within your soul.
Psychoneuroimmunology, the study of the interaction between psychological processes and the nervous and immune systems of the human body has shown that your mental state has a direct effect on your health. So keep those thoughts happy.
The universe is perfection just as our creator intended.
Pain causes movement. . . . The greater the pain the more impact it will have on the movement.
The Foot Prints in the Sand Poem 1963 by Carolyn Joyce Carty :
One night a man had a dream. He dreamed he was walking along the beach with the LORD.
Across the sky flashed scenes from his life. For each scene he noticed two sets of
Footprints in the sand: one belonging to him, and the other to the LORD.
When the last scene of his life flashed before him, he looked back at the footprints in the sand.
He noticed that many times along the path of his life there was only one set of footprints.
He also noticed that it happened at the very lowest and saddest times in his life.
This really bothered him and he questioned the LORD about it:
"LORD, you said that once I decided to follow you, you'd walk with me all the way.
But I have noticed that during the most troublesome times in my life,
There is only one set of footprints. I don't understand why when
I needed you most you would leave me."
The LORD replied:
"My son, my precious child, I love you and I would never leave you.
During your times of trial and suffering, When you see only one set of footprints,
It was then that I carried you."
I trust in my creator for my good.
It is safe for me to let go of the past.
Fear holds us back from accomplishing our goals.
My future is safe and full of wonderful surprises.
It is easy for me to succeed in every aspect of my life.
Love, career, personal,
I am enough.
My life is strengthened by completing things in my life. Goals keep us going. Many people die soon after retirement. They no longer feel a sense of purpose in life.
I make a difference.

Every encounter is a holy encounter. Everything happens for a reason.
Every ending is another begging.
The lord works in mysterious ways.
I am the joy, peace, harmony in my life.
Do you know how wonderful you are? Oh yes you are wonderful! Do not doubt it.
The wonder of you does not lie in what you have been. But rather, in what you are capable of becoming.
Within is another you . . . A winged Self, an impatient prisoner, seeking to escape confinement from the prison of your mind, like a butterfly waiting to be released from the womb within the caterpillar.
The irresistible urge you feel is but your greater self-awakening at the early dawning of a new day, stretching, eager to rise out of the shadows into the light. Behold! The transformation of you makes all things new for you.
The pain you have felt is but the birth of your more perfect self-emerging to spread its wings to take its place in the sun.
Look at you! Look how wonderful and beautiful you are.

I talk to everyone I encounter that I find interest in. I initiate clever conversations when necessary. I also accept conversations sparked by others enthusiastically.

God gives every bird his food . . . but he does not throw it into the nest! Everything you need is available to you. You must take initiatives to find it.
Work six days a week and rest one.God created the earth in six days and on the seventh he rested. It’s in the bible that even the work animals need a day of rest. Humans deserve the same treatment. Work hard when you work but always take a day for rest
Judge people less . . . Even a broken clock is right twice a day
According to KGC a multimillionaire in the oil industry there are three secrets to success;
1. Get up early
2. Work hard
3. Find oil
Find your oil. Whatever it is that inspires you, whatever it is your good at, use it to excel yourself into a wealthy existence. We were born to be wealthy. It was never the intension of the universe to keep us poor.

Pain vs. fun; turn dreaded tasks into fun by creating games to complete them.
Cure bad moods by creating laughs. When you’re in a bad mood you’re probably thinking negative thoughts. These negative thoughts are manifesting negative results into your life. Fix this as soon as you are aware you are thinking negative thoughts. Make yourself laugh. Have on hand a variety of things that you find funny so you can make yourself laugh at any given moment.

Your intentions have a physical impact on the universe.
Everything in this universe is connected and you improve the energy with your positive thoughts and actions. You create the truth in your reality with your thoughts. Your thoughts are continuously sent into the universe and you are constantly manifesting your life with those thoughts. Beliefs are a choice, you choose what to believe in and these beliefs become your reality. The things you believe in and identify with control your actions. Choose and create your beliefs carefully and keep them positive and inspiring.
Identify and connect with the spirit within you. Realize your connection to everything in the universe. Being aware of your connection to the universe brings forth joy and happiness.
Constantly focusing on failures weaken the body

Focus on the positives
Always learn from your mistakes. When you make a mistake it is best to think of the things to do better in the future rather than the negativity of the mistake. When a child makes a mistake the parents send the child to their room to think of what they did wrong. The child should be sent to their room to think about what they should have done instead and what they will do better in the future.
Mistakes are nothing more than a lesson on one of the ways not to do something. When Thomas Edison was creating the light bulb and people razzed him about his mistakes he simply replied that he had found hundreds of ways in which electricity could not be manipulated.
Always have a “Can Do!” Attitude. “I can!” equals strength; “I can’t!” equals weakness. Instead of greeting people with “how are you” ask “what’s great with you today?” Then wait for a response and give a genuine response. Be sincere.
Create a protective barrier around yourself at all times. You can do this in several ways. Visualize yourself encircled by white light, or with a circle of water flowing upward around you, or a bubble of protection. Whatever makes you feel strongest use it. You can also do this for loved ones whom you feel need protecting. You can do this several times a day but ensure you do it each morning upon rising.
Connect to the universe and send love into the world
Do this several times a day. Close your eyes and feel the warmth of love engulfing your body then feel this energy leaving you and going out into the universe.
Your thoughts are like mass emails continuously feeding into the universe
We all have a purpose here on earth otherwise we would move on to the next realm of existence

When you meet the love of your life time stops.
Or at least it seems that way. Hold this in your mind and use it whenever you’re feeling down. Use the memory of your lover to put you in a happy mood. This will also make you appreciate your lover more and help to strengthen the relationship. If you are currently single fantasize about your future love and all that you will do together. This will help to manifest your perfect partner
The Emerald tablet, circa 3000 BC
The original Emerald Tablet contained the instructions for setting one's level of consciousness to a new degree as well as the goals of alchemists. It hinted at the recipe for alchemical gold. Ancient leaders seek to destroy copies and keep this knowledge secret for fear of giving superior powers to the masses. The information from this tablet became the motivation for Rhonda Byrne to write The Secret in 2006. She was my first inspiration and motivation for the book I am now writing. I wanted to include the actual translation available so you, the reader can make your own interpretations of the text. It is my hope that you will further research on your own after reading this. I chose this translation because I felt it was the most simplified:
