Il y a sept chefs d’accusation contre DSK. Le 6 Juin 2011, il va comparaitre devant la cour pour plaider coupable ou non-coupable. Il a deux possibilités:
Plaider Coupable: S’il plaide coupable de certains de ces chefs d’accusation, il pourra négotier avec le juge. Si le juge n’accepte pas de negotiations, il passera de nombreuses années dans la prison Américaine. Le juge va considérer beaucoup d’autres facteurs aussi.
Plaider Non-coupable: Si DSK plaide non-coupable, donc il passera à la phase du procès qui se tiendra quelques mois plus tard. Alors, ses avocats vont essayer de décrédibiliser la victime presumée auprès des jurés. Mais comment va-t-il expliquer ce “chef d’accusation d’attouchements non consentis?” Peut-il maintenir que la relation sexuelle était consentie?

L’affaire de DSK ne diminue pas l’intérêt porté à l’apprentissage de la langue française. Oui, l’image de la culture française peut bien souffrir un peu. Aussi bien que l’image de la présidentielle française, mais ceux qui aiment le Français vont continuer à s’y interesser. Et pourquoi pas alors? Pourquoi punir tout un peuple pour la faute d’un autre politicien qui trompe sa belle femme? L’histoire, ça bouge. Les autres avant DSK et après lui l’ont fait et vont continuer à le faire. Il s’agit du comportement personel. Il revient à DSK de tout expliquer à sa femme, sa fille, et ses proches amis.
Que doit-on faire en attendant son retour à la cour de Justice le 6 Juin prochain? La date arrive tout de suite. Le monde attend son explication. La France et le monde l’attendent de lui. Que va-t-il dire?

On est en mesure de se demander si la presse internationale, les differents médias ont déjà condamné DSK, se basant sur son passé. Pour tout clarifier, il n’y a que le courage d’une femme de chambre de New York, une emigrante de Guinée qui a pu fait cet homme arrêter ses démarches ou activités extramaritales. Tout le monde le sait maintenant. Il est un séducteur. Il aime la compagnie des femmes n’importe où il peut les rencontrer, que ce soit au travail, au chic hotel de Sofitel etc.

For sure DSK is studying hard as he and his lawyers are preparing his defense. By the time he is found either guilty or non-guilty, he will be familiar with the antics of our system. The first
Thing he will learn is that money can not quickly prevent your name from being sullied. Money can help you, but up to a point. He will learn that men do not touch or bother women and children in this country. He will learn that even a chambermaid can cause him to lose his job and give him the worst nightmare he has ever had.

They could not believe their eyes. The US believes in protecting the alleged victim. The US media try as hard as they can to respect this law. Yet, Miss Peule’s name was released by the French media. It is customary for the DA to protect the presumed victim during the penal phase of the proceedings.
DSK a la chance de se familiariser avec ce qu’on appellee “le harcèlement sexual.” Sexual harassment is a crime in this country. No longer will French politicians, business owners, and journalists pass these complaints under the rug.
