Introduction
Everyone likes to play games. Most of us started as children, playing Monopoly or cards and as we became adults we may have switched our choice to bingo, poker, blackjack, canasta or bridge. Nowadays many of us play, and sometimes win, the various available lottery games and when in a casino we may play keno, which is very similar to the lottery. In fact keno play is at an all time high.
Wouldn’t it be wonderful to win a big monetary prize? I think most of us have dreamed of doing just that. All our money worries washed away, money to spend as we please, no more nine to five job, spending our days doing whatever we please. If only it was that simple!
Most of us have played keno at one time or another, but rarely have we done so with any real sense that we would become wealthy from our play.
No one can predict which numbers will appear in a keno game, so basically we are all in the same boat on this. It might be possible to set up a research project that could accurately predict the winning numbers, but such an undertaking would likely cost more than the keno prize is worth.
I, along with anyone else who makes such a claim, cannot tell you which numbers are going to be selected in a keno game. But there are some known strategies and tips that seem to help and that is what I’ll introduce in this book.
There is one thing that I can tell you with absolute certainty: If you don’t play keno you will absolutely never win. People do win at keno and you have at least as good a chance as anyone else. With tips and strategies you’ll be better prepared to win than the casual, once in a while, no plan, no strategy player.
Whether you play just for fun or you want to step it up a bit and play toward a big win, there will be something in this book for you.
I caution you to remember that playing keno is a form of gambling and for some people the allure of playing to win hundreds or thousands of dollars can be addictive. You don’t want to find yourself in the position of trying to win back money that you need for other things, so play accordingly, using only money that you have designated for keno entertainment.
The odds associated with winning at keno can be daunting, but people do win and the amounts they win are sometimes very big.
