Living Skinny In A Fat World will reach out to all those wonderful weight watchers who are trying daily to stay focused on their weight watcher plans and lose all that unwanted fat that is holding them back from being the beautiful skinny diva that they know they can be.
How can we as dedicated weight watchers fight against the bombardment of advertising that we get daily on TV that shows and illustrates all the fatty delicious foods that our appetites are so used to? We are being told that all our fast food restaurants have now been scaled down to fit into our low fat, low calorie diets, but is this really true? Not a day goes by that we don't see on TV a McDonald's ad presenting that luscious Big Mac, tantalizing French fries, Big and Tasty and other succulent delights! Oh yes, and don't forget about the Kid's Happy Meal! Do your kids clamor everyday to go to McDonalds? Well if you take your kids, surely you can't let the chance go buy to get a tasty milkshake and a French fry to go with it! McDonald now makes their milkshakes creamy and delicious with whip cream on top. How in the world am I suppose to live skinny in that fat world of creamy delicious milk shakes, French fries and Big Macs?
Now if fast food isn't your treat, then how about all those commercials on the Olive Garden restaurant? Who could resist those scrumptious meals such as the following:
Lasagna Classico, Five Cheese Ziti al Forno, Spaghetti with Meat Sauce, Spaghetti & Meatballs, Chicken Parmigiana, Parmesan, Fettuccine Alfredo, Eggplant Parmigiana, Capellini Pomodoro, Tour of Italy, Homemade lasagna, and Fettuccine Alfredo.
My mouth is watering just looking at these meals from old Italy! Can we resist these tempting tantalizing foods? YES WE CAN! We just have to get our mind set with dedication and discipline and learn how to sail right on by those eating establishments that helped to make us fat in the first place or we will at least learn what to order if we do go out to eat at one of the mouth-watering places.
I don't recommend eating out when you first begin any diet. You haven't learned how to eat correctly and until you do, prepare your meals at home. After a while you will be able to eat out and you will have learned what to order in order to stay on your weight loss plans. Most restaurants will cook your food like you want it; you just have to ask.
Let us now delve into living skinny in a fat world and see just how we can cope with all these tempting tantalizing foods we are facing everyday, and see if we can still be successful in our weight loss plan plus see if we really can live skinny in fat world.

Chapter One
Discipline and Dedication While Living Skinny In A Fat World
You are never going to be able to get past those inviting luscious golden arches if you aren't disciplined and dedicated from the beginning of your weight loss program right up until the end. The huge Olive Garden sign is going to scream at you! "Pull in HERE!" every time you pass it! So at the start of your weight loss plan, get out your trusty notebook and write down all your weight loss goals. Mine would look like this:
Being able to look at some skinny diva bras instead of always having to look at the 46 D size, which I dearly hate!
Start wearing that skinny little black dress I have hanging in my closet instead of just staring at it day after day!
Walking down the aisle of clothes in the mall with all the other skinny divas!
Wearing that skinny diva bikini I bought last year!
oing to my high school graduation in that skinny little black dress.
Walking into a room full of people and having everyone stop what they are doing and glare at me jealousy.
Getting down to that coveted dress size of a 6!
Being able to put on my jeans without having to lie on the bed and struggle for an hour to get them on and sipped.
Getting on my scales and saying, "Well done girl friend!"
Never being ashamed to undress in front of anyone again!
Being able to stand with my family and friends when they are taking pictures and not hiding in the background!
Going on vacation and being able to fit in one seat on the airplane or bus.
Being able to run, horseback ride, swim and etc. with my family and friends without being ashamed or out of breath!
These are a few of mine; make your own list and read it often! Take your clothes off and look in the mirror. Do you like what you see? If not write down everything you would like to change then get busy trying to change it. Do you need exercise in one area of your body? Then find the right exercise for that particular part of the body and start sweating!
Get some special work out tapes and use them daily. Here are a few I like:

Also get some favorite music and dance away the pounds. I like Train of Thoughts by Cher and other songs by Cher.
Don't ever start a weight loss plan if you know you can't be dedicated to it for the long haul. You are just going to lose some weight in the beginning and gain it all back and you will probably fatter than you were before you started the diet in the first place.
Do dedicate yourself to your weight loss plan and discipline your body and mind to stay true to your weight loss goals. You CAN DO IT, YES YOU CAN!
Chapter Two
10 Reasons To Pass Up The Fat World of Foods
Can you think of 10 reasons to pass up the fat world of foods? I am sure you can. Let me list 10 of mine and then you can list 10 of yours.
1. Living a long and happy life without heart disease that obesity can cause.
2. Living to be cancer free by eating healthy and following all the guidelines for healthy living.
3. Giving up fatty foods and lowering my cholesterol so that I can live a long life.
4. Not having to go to my doctor so often with obesity related problems.
5. Getting down to a normal weight so that I can live see my children grow up and see my grandchildren.
6. Not ending up in a wheelchair or nursing home because of my obesity.
7. Being able to keep up with my family in everything they want to do.
8. Growing old and still be able to fit into my clothes.
9. Being able to get in and out of the bathtub without assistance.
10. Not being afraid that if I fall I might not be able to get up by myself.
Now, you make your own list of 10 reasons you can pass by that fat world of foods.
Chapter Three
How To Stay Skinny In This Fat World
Getting skinny in this fat world is not as hard as staying skinny is this fat world. Yes you can go on a diet and yes you can lose the weight, but the minute you go off the weight loss diet you start gaining back the weight. So what is the secret to getting the weight off and keeping if off?
In this chapter we are going to find out if we can indeed keep the weight off.
Keeping the Weight Off
Ok now, you have finished your weight loss plan and you are now the skinny diva you wanted to be, but you went out to dinner with a few of your friends, and needless to say, you got a little carried away with your drinks and food. This is nothing to you because you have done this many times before. What is going to be different this time so that you can keep those pounds off?
