I believe in losing weight in a healthy time and fashion but there are some times when you need to take off a few pounds very quickly. You may have a graduation, reunion, wedding or dozens of other reasons to want to fit into that slinky black dress or tight fitting skinny jeans. I was in that situation recently and decided I had to do something quickly. All that holiday eating had me blown up like a balloon and it was time to TAKE THAT WEIGHT OFF!
You might want to do this weight loss diet whenever you need to lose weight quickly as this quick weight loss diet worked for me and if you follow it step-by-step, you will soon be 15 pounds lighter.
The first thing you need to do is get determined to take off those extra ugly pounds. Without determination you won't make it through the first day on this quick weight loss diet. So set your mind in agreement with your body, and be prepared to do without your favorite foods for 8 days. The time will fly by and your body will thank you for it!

I've Lost the 15 Pounds What Do I Do Now
Chapter One
This is a very simple eight-day weight loss plan. You will be eating 7 powerful weight loss foods and you will be exercising when you feel like it. Here are the basic steps for this diet:
1. Eat the foods exactly as they are listed.
2. Eat the food on the exact times they are listed to be eaten.
3. Exercise at least 30 minutes daily. (Only if you feel like it)
4. Drink water and drinks as listed when listed.
5. Get your mind in agreement with your body to lose the weight! Read the mind set rules in Chapter Three.
6. Take each day and get your food ready for just that day.
7. Don't think ahead just diet for that day.
8. Weigh in daily each morning and keep a record of your weight.
9. Ask your family to not cook anything in front of you.
10. Try not to smell any food cooking if at all possible.
11. If you work, be prepared to take what is on the food list with you.
12. Eat by yourself if at all possible.
13. Keep your mind busy each day with something other than eating or food.
14. Don’t talk about eating food with anyone.
15. Stay out of the kitchen as much as possible.
16. Go to bed early to avoid wanting to eat.
17. Get a notebook and make a check list of each day’s activities and check them off one by one as you complete them.
Chapter Two
Quick Weight Loss Diet Days One-Eight
A couple of days before you start your quick 8-day weight loss plan eat some of your favorite foods. Don't overeat and gain weight, but eat just enough to satisfy your hunger on those days.
Also at this time start setting your mind in agreement with your body that you have gained too much weight and that you need to lose it quickly for whatever reason you have in mind, such as a wedding, reunion, party or ect.
Get a notebook and write down all your goals and divide the notebook into 8 sections. Name each section for the eight days you will be on this quick weight loss diet, such as Day 1, Day 2 and etc. In each section you will be writing down the goals for the day so that you can check each one off as you complete it.
Writing down these goals helps to keep your mind in agreement with your body to accomplish each day's goals.
OK, your tummy is full the night before you start your 8-day weight loss diet so the next morning, set your mind in agreement with your tummy and Let us get started with Day 1.
Day One
On Day 1, weigh yourself (Make sure you have a really good pair of weight scales) and enter your beginning weight at the top of the page of Day 1 in your notebook. List your goals for the day. You will be checking these off as you complete them. Repeat your mind set rules (Chapter Three) to keep your mind and your tummy in agreement.
Breakfast
Eat 1 1/2 cups of cooked quick oatmeal with a little butter or margarine and drink 1 cup of coffee with a little creamer in it. Creamer for your coffee should be a creamer such as Coffee-Mate or etc. No sugar should be added to either the oatmeal or coffee.
You can use cinnamon on your oatmeal if desired and a little vanilla in your coffee.
After breakfast is a good time to do a little exercise. Wait one hour before doing any exercise. Then you can take care of household chores, do household projects, garden, walk or any number of exercises that you like to do.
Lunch
Have your lunch at 12:00 Noon, which will consist of 3 large ripe strawberries. You may drink a little water with this meal or in between meals, but never drink water to excess. 1/2 cup to 1 cup of water may be taken or just take a few sips of water every now and then to quench your thirst.
Rest for about 1 hour after lunch unless you have to go back to work. After your rest you can resume your work or exercise whichever pertains to you. Get out in the sunshine if possible for a few minutes.
To get a good drink of water and refresh yourself at anytime, go outside and turn on your garden hose. Fill your mouth with water from the hose, rinse it around in your mouth and spit it out. Then, close your eyes, hold your breath and spray your complete face with a light spray of cool water. Do this several times in repetition and drink just a few sips of water from the garden hose. Never fill your tummy with too much water at any time on this diet. Just a few sips of water now and then will suffice to quench your thirst. You will be given full instructions on the cold-water face sprays later on in Chapter Five of this book.
