INTRODUCTION
The importance of reading this book can not be expressed more emphatically, because it could save your very life. My purpose here is not to cause alarm or to strike fear in anyone, but to warn. Just as our dreams can warn us of impending danger, this book will warn, and aid you in recognizing impending curses. You'll also learn how to avoid placing a curse on yourself and others, by making certain statements. The truth is that even a simple statement can actually be a curse.
When I was younger, I believed that a curse was only some type of fairy tale where a wicked witch would place a curse on someone, by sticking a needle into a doll. The doll would be a replica of the person for whom the curse was intended. The goal in this procedure was to cause pain for the real person, in the same area where the pin was placed into the doll. I never really gave the concept of curses much thought when I was younger. It wasn’t until I began to have my own experiences with the paranormal that I became aware of the fact that a curse was something that was real. It is because of my experiences, that I realized that there are forces out in the universe that can not be heard, felt or seen. I then understood that even though these forces cannot be seen, or physically experienced, that there are just as real as the nose on our faces.
Sometimes the things that we create can come directly from our thoughts. There are other times when we can create things just by the spoken word. If we are not careful when speaking, or even thinking, we can create a mess for ourselves without realizing what we've done to ourselves.
Is there really such a thing as a curse? If there is, then what is a curse? Is a curse just a statement that some people make when they state: “I curse the ground that you walk on?” Also; what is the process that is used to place a curse on someone? Does the bible have any references concerning curses? All of these questions and more will be answered in this book. The question of how to stifle the affects of a curse will also be addressed.
I was born and raised in the city of New Orleans. As we all know, New Orleans had been devastated by Hurricane Katrina. Is this entire city cursed? I am not absolutely certain; but it's possible. I address the problems and concerns of the citizens of New Orleans in a previous book titled: Katrina That Bitch! The Drama Continues, and Sky Dog: Lessons From Katrina.
If there was a list of cities that deals in mysticism; New Orleans would be number one on that list. Not only are the people in New Orleans taught how to party from birth, we are also bombarded with information concerning curses and witchcraft on almost a daily basis. It's by no coincidence that New Orleans is the home of the world famous late Voodoo Queen Marie Laveau, and the professional football teams The New Orleans Saints and the New Orleans Voodoo. Let’s face it; there are no college courses on how to avert curses. There's no curse 101 field of study. We can only rely on what has been passed on by others, in reference to curses. One thing is certain; New Orleans is probably considered to be the curse capital of the world.
After reading this book, you'll no longer be vulnerable to the curse, because your awareness concerning curses will have increased to the point, where you'll be able to recognize when they are being placed on you; or if you have mistakenly placed one on yourself. Most people actually place curses on themselves without realizing what they've done. The purpose of this book is to aid anyone who is willing to learn about the forces in this universe that we cannot see. The goal here is to avoid the trap of the curse, so that we all can live more prosperous and fruitful lives.
I wrote an earlier version about averting curses, and I will include that information in this book also. I truly believe that averting a curse is so important in the lives of everyday people, I felt that I had to provide a more detailed guide. In this book I will take you on a journey into your everyday life. I will present situations, and circumstances that you might not be aware of--where you will need to revoke, or avert a curse.
Into the realm of the mystical we will venture--to a place where dreams are made, and also where they can be destroyed. I will present a few true life cases where others have fallen prey to the curse. More importantly; I will provide you with the tools that you will need to battle this unseen enemy. The spoken word is one of the most powerful forces in the universe; and I felt that I could not sit idly by why so many people's lives are being destroyed un-needlessly from the affects of curses. I could not go through my life knowing that I could have help save one life or two or more lives. If we can aid others in life, means that we have been useful, and our lives will have had a meaningful purpose. This book was written out of love; a love for humanity.
THE FIRST CAUSE
I would first like interject the theory of first existence, by viewing it from both sides of the isle. My purpose for doing so is to show that if our very existence resulted from a non-contingent source, then there must be some unseen forces that can affect us.
The argument that I am presenting here is similar to the argument concerning the chicken and the egg; which came first? And also; how can you explain the existence of a thing or being if there is supposed to be something preceding it to cause that thing or being to exist?
The first cause theory was first introduced by Aristotle. To simplify this complex subject; the first cause theory suggest that everything in existence has to have something that precedes it in order for that thing to exist. In other words; there must be a first mover, or first cause. Aristotle claims that this first mover is God. The problem with his theory lies in the question of; since everything has to have a first mover in order to exist; then who moved God?
