Ingredients
10 ml gelatin
125 ml cold water
250 ml butter
50 ml icing sugar
397 g condensed milk
5 ml vanilla extract
5 ml ream of tartar
Pinch salt
2 ml almond extract
5 ml lemon extract
250 ml glace fruit
125 ml almonds (chopped)
Method
Sprinkle the gelatin over the cold water and soak until spongy.
Melt over a low heat.
Cream the butter and icing sugar together.
Add the gelatin.
Add the condensed milk, vanilla extract, cream of tartar, salt, almond extract and lemon extract.
Mix well.
Add the glace fruit and almonds.
Mix well and chill until set.
Ingredients
25 ml cocoa powder
25 ml hot milk
12,5 ml margarine
300 ml icing sugar
2 ml vanilla extract
Method
Blend cocoa powder and milk until smooth.
Beat in the margarine.
Added icing sugar and vanilla extract.
Beat until creamy.
Ingredients
250 ml butter
100 ml honey
1000 ml icing sugar
5 ml ground cardamom
25 ml cream
Method
Cream the butter and honey together.
Add the icing sugar and cardamom.
