One of the greatest milestones to weight training is the accomplishment of bench pressing 315lbs. Or 3 plates-or caddy’s as I hear a lot of the younger generation refer to the big iron 45lbs plates. And just the thought of loading 6 of these big boys on to the barbell and pressing it off your chest, can change the status of how you are looked upon in your gym.
