Of the different passions that triggered the pleasures of my present journey on this planet, some have survived to this day. They are the love of life, people, writing and golf. This book is the sum of my remaining passions. It is the result of my research, my perseverance, my inquiring mind or maybe I should say my stubbornness. I publish this book with great pride. I dedicate it to my late Uncle Roger, who, a long time ago, as an introduction to the wonderful game of golf, taught me the art of putting. I also dedicate it to my playing partners of the first hour: Paul, Andrew, Dan, Alan, Philippe, Marcellin, Roch, John, Norm and Fern with whom I have played more than 175 games over the years. I dedicate it to all lovers of the game, which after all, is so similar to life.

Foreword by John Andrisani
Author John Andrisani is a former senior editor of instruction at Golf Magazine. A former golf instructor, Andrisani is the author of over twenty-five golf books, including the bestselling The Tiger Woods Way. He has also written books with golf's top tour players, such as Jack Nicklaus, Michelle Wie, John Daly, Sergio Garcia, Fred Couples, as well as top-ranked teachers like Jim Hardy and most notably two of Tiger Woods's former instructors, John Anselmo and Butch Harmon.
