First things
first, you need to understand a bit about the way the body works.
There are several myths circulating around about how to lose weight.
One is the Starvation Myth. In essence, it means that you eat very
little, and therefore, lose weight. Less going in so less to put on.
Another myth is that you must eat a low-fat diet to lose weight.
Again, this is incorrect information. There are many more myths out
there where these two came from. But basically, we have all bought
into the myths - hook, line, and sinker.
Personally, I tried to lose my “last 10 pounds” the end of 2010. I still had the twin baby weight from a year and a half prior. I just couldn’t seem to get rid of my tummy. I tried most everything I knew to do, but, after researching, quickly realized that I really didn’t know much at all.
