Why is this book different from many other weight loss books?
This book is different from many other books, like other books it doesn’t require you to read 10 pages to find out what you need to do on the 11th page. Instead, this book has been written to be concise and as affective as possible. Unlike many other books that have been written on weight loss, I have tried and tested each technique and they have worked. You can see a picture of me before and after the diet for yourself at the end of this diary.
